Professor of Chengdu University
He, born in 1976, Doctor of Philosophy, professor, graduated from East China Normal University. Because of the works he have done in the past decades, Mr He was granted many titles, such as, the Youth Experts of the Sichuan tourism industry by the Sichuan Tourism Administration, Elite experts of the tourism by the Tourism Ministry of China. Mr He has worked in the tourism ministry of China, the tourism administration of Sichuan province, deputy magistrate of Xingwen county for many years. And now, Mr He is a professor of Chengdu University.
Mr He is adept in tourism study and management,has taken part in 2 national natural science funds about tourism, presided more than 8 ministerial tourism research projects, and published 5 books and more than 10 articles on tourism, and also participated in the crucial tourism research projects of Sichuan provincial government, drafted many important documents for the Sichuan provincial government. Meanwhile, Mr He is also good at regional tourism development planning.In the last decade, Mr He presided more than 30 cases of regional tourism development planning in China.
